When I started in real estate, I had no idea what to expect. Many years
later, I know one thing for certain: I could not have found a better
career to tap into my enthusiastic and gregarious nature. Toss in one
keen sense of discovery, the official title of good listener and an
aptitude toward problem solving, and the perfect match seems complete.
I love what I do.
Born and raised under Montana's big
sky, I headed west to Seattle after college. (There was no horse
involved, just one dusty Chevy Malibu.) After many years of falling in
love with Seattle, I moved from a 10 year stay on Phinney Ridge to the
north end of Green Lake in 2001 with John.
Though most of my time is devoted to real estate, I still find plenty of time to squeeze in my girls-only book club; my need to get my hands dirty under the guise of gardening; and my impulse to transform my kitchen into "Cooking with Julia"; each weekend. Now that Mowgli has been gone for a few years, I am looking at the classifieds and Pet Finder for the next dog to torment me.
All said, I take a very personal approach to real estate. After taking a look at my references,
you'll appreciate why 90% of my clients are referral based--something I
have worked very hard to achieve and of which I'm very proud.
Whether you wish to buy or sell a home, consider working with a real
estate professional who takes her business seriously, knows the entire
city well, but believes you can still have fun in the process. I look
most forward to meeting with you and perhaps one day saying, "Welcome
home."
