A CMA can help you decide if you should sell or remodel, update the kitchen or bath, or wait until you can get the price you want. A CMA is not an appraisal, but more like a snapshot of what is happening in the Seattle Real Estate on a certain date. So, they have a shelf life. A CMA you had done three months ago is out of date and you should get a new one.
I provide CMA's as a convenience to home owners. There are no strings attached. I can do a quick CMA from King County tax records. If you decide to list your home, I will do a full CMA, along with a Net Proceeds Sheet for you.
